Requirements for any application
Institutions must register and provide the name of one operational contact in order to propose candidates for Post-Doctoral grants or to submit a Chair application.
- Only institutions that are registered with the Fund may propose candidates. Please liaise with your institution to check if it is registered.

Application requirements
Only research institutions may submit applications. No individual applications will be considered. Once an institution is registered this is permanent, there is no need to make a new registration request from the same institution.
- Registration of the institution by the operational contact of the university (appointed by the legal representative)
- Internal pre-selection of applications by the research institution itself: collection of requests from the various doctoral schools and research units, before pre-selecting the definitive candidates expected to apply for our funding
- Please note that no institution’s registration will be accepted within 3 days of the deadline of a campaign.
Eligible institutions
Only research institutes with a high level of excellence and international scope can register.
Additionally, only host institutions located within the following geographical scope are eligible to present candidates to our Chair funding campaigns:- Member states of the European Union and Albania, Algeria, Andorra, Belarus, Brazil, China, Croatia, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Lebanon, Liechtenstein, Malaysia, Mexico, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Morocco, Norway, the State of Qatar, Philippines, the Republic of Macedonia, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, the United Arab Emirates, Vietnam.

- Only host institutions located within the following geographical scope are eligible to present candidates to our Post-Doctoral funding campaigns:

How to propose candidates for Post-Doctoral Fellowships (ie. "Research Fellowships")
Only institutions that are registered with the Fund my propose candidates (see above).
Please note that each candidate cannot submit the same proposal several times. In addition, an applicant can be presented by only one institution.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The institution must be able to host and accommodate the applicant for funding in accordance with prevailing legislation in the country where the institution is located.
